What is a Signature Blend?
A Signature Blend is your opportunity to make Natural Urbanity care uniquely yours! Choose from our available customizable hair and body care products, explore essential oils and natural fragrance options, and create a scent that reflects your personal preferences.

How do I create my own Signature Blend?
Start by selecting a Custom Experience and choosing your products and sizes. From there, you can let us guide you through our scent profiles or explore the available fragrance options yourself.
Depending on the experience, you can also personalize your label. Review your selections, then add your creation to your cart!
Can I reorder a Signature Blend I've purchased before?
Absolutely! Select the reorder option within the appropriate Custom Experience and follow the prompts to recreate your previous blend.
Having your previous order details or blend information handy will help ensure we get your selections just right.
Can I make changes to an existing Signature Blend?
Yes! Our Remix option lets you explore changes to a previous Signature Blend, whether you're interested in adjusting the scent, updating your label, or trying something a little different.
Available changes depend on the selected products and customization options.
Can I combine more than one scent?
Yes! You can select from the available essential oils and natural fragrance options to explore your own scent combination.

Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Every Natural Urbanity order is prepared with care. Processing times may vary depending on the products ordered, especially personalized Signature Blends.
You'll receive an order confirmation after placing your order and a shipping confirmation once your package is on its way. If you have questions about your order's status, we're happy to help!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination. This helps us provide shipping options and rates that reflect what's being shipped.
Simply enter your shipping address at checkout to review the available options and costs before completing your purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, when available.
You can use that information to follow your package's journey. If you have trouble locating your tracking details, contact us with your order number and we'll be happy to assist.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Need to make a change? Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the details of your request.
We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order enters preparation. However, changes may not be possible once processing has begun, particularly for personalized products, or after an order has shipped.
What if my package arrives damaged or there's a problem with my order?
We want every Natural Urbanity experience to be a good one! If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful when applicable.
We'll review the situation and work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.

Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
We understand that everyone's skin and hair have different needs. Our products contain a variety of botanical ingredients, essential oils, and natural fragrances, so we encourage you to review the ingredient information for each product before use.
If you have known allergies or sensitivities, contact us with your questions before ordering. Depending on the product and the allergy, we may be able to customize around your allergy. We also recommend patch testing new products and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.
How should I store my Natural Urbanity products?
